Bentley Woodfair 2016
The 21st anniversary show with over 150 exhibitors
Held in the beautiful grounds of the Bentley Estate, is the ever popular Bentley Woodfair. This year sees the 21st Anniversary of the show, and with over 150 exhibitors, demonstrators and craftsmen and women, this is a show not to be missed!
Officially opened this year by the Queens representative, Peter Field, the Lord Lieutenant for Sussex, the Bentley Woodfair will be home to a packed programme of have-a-go activities, live demonstrations of woodworking skills, craft displays,children’s activities,and chainsaw sculpting, as well as a wide range of trade stalls selling everything from tools and equipment to bespoke furniture.
The woodland zone offers the chance to experience ‘forestry in action’ including timber processing and horse logging, while the main arena will entertain with falconry, an exciting lumberjack display team, didgeridoo playing and much much more. Visitors will have the opportunity to have a go on the exciting ‘Branching out Adventures’ equipment (additional fees apply) which includes High ropes, Zip wires, giant swing and climbing wall.
Held on Friday 23rd, Saturday 24thand Sunday 25th September 2016, Bentley Woodfair is a great day out for all the family and perfect for those who love wood and woodlands. Visitors to the Woodfair will enjoy access to the Motor Museum, Wildfowl Reserve and Miniature Railway as well as all the fabulous Woodfair attractions.
