WIN Dinner For a Year at Tunbridge Wells’ Newest Restaurant

The Beckett, Tunbridge Wells’ elegant retirement development on St John’s Road, is completing later this year with a new destination restaurant ready to welcome hungry and curious diners.
Elysian Residences, developer and operator of The Beckett, is inviting residents of Tunbridge Wells and the wider area to send in their suggested names for the restaurant for a chance to win dinner for a year, at the very dining hot spot they will have named!
Located on the ground floor of The Beckett, the bright and spacious restaurant, as yet unnamed, has floor to ceiling windows and dual aspect views, overlooking the courtyard garden. Set to offer the very best in food and service, with an ever-changing menu, managed by an in-house Executive Chef, offering classic dishes alongside inspiring options, all using fresh, seasonal ingredients. More casual dining options are available in the bar area, including barista coffee, light meals and pastries.
Suggested names will be reviewed by a panel of judges, comprising Gemma Richards General Manager of The Beckett, Gavin Stein CEO of Elysian Residences and one of Elysian’s Michelin-trained chefs, who will decided upon the winning name. The entrant suggesting the winning name will receive dinner for two for a year: one three course meal and glass of house wine (red or white), for two adults, each month for 2025!
Entries should contain one suggested name for the restaurant and the entrant’s full name, age, and contact details (mobile phone or email address). Entries should be submitted by email to thebeckettrestaurant@elysianresidences.com or by post to: The Beckett Restaurant Naming Competition, 112 – 116 New Oxford St, London WC1A 1HD and received no later than 30th September 2024.
Terms and Conditions:
- All entrants must be aged 18 or over.
- The prize is one three-course meal and a glass of house wine (red or white), for two adults, per month, at the restaurant in The Beckett, for one year.
- Meals must be booked in advance and taken during the restaurant’s advertised opening hours. Unclaimed meals cannot be carried over to future months.
- No cash alternative will be offered.
- Multiple entries are allowed, but each must suggest a different name and be submitted separately, including the entrant’s full name, age, and contact details (mobile phone or email).
- Entries must be submitted via email to thebeckettrestaurant@elysianresidences.com or by post to: The Beckett Restaurant Naming Competition, 112 – 116 New Oxford St, London WC1A 1HD
- Entries must be received by midnight on 30th September 2024.
- The judges’ decision is final, and any entries deemed inappropriate will be excluded.
- The winner will be notified within 14 days of the closing date.
