Brooklands Farm is a fine Grade II Listed detached house dating from possibly as early as the 15th century with later additions. The walls are of part stone with stone mullion windows, timbering with plaster infill panels, part tile hanging and leaded light windows under a Horsham slab and re-laid clay peg tile roof. In idyllic peaceful, rural surroundings, well away from roads, Brooklands Farm is approached by a half mile long shared, private drive.

Throughout the house there are many outstanding and original features. The drawing room is an elegant, beautifully proportioned room with a fine inglenook fireplace and there is an adjoining, impressive sitting room with a minstrels’ gallery and a deep inglenook fireplace.
